How do I care for my new swimwear?
We handmake our pieces with quality and recycled fabrics, which means you will have to take some extra care in washing your swimwear.
We recommend handwashing with cool water and a mild soap.
Lay flat in the shade to dry. Avoid wringing, direct sunlight, or tumble drying to keep your swimwear looking and feeling its best.
The item I wanted is out of stock, what do I do?
All of our collections are limited release, meaning you have to get them while they’re here! We may bring back your favorite styles, and will announce new drops via Instagram @okeanosbykate.
How does shipping work?
We currently only ship to the US, but soon we hope to ship worldwide!
All of our packages are sent tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Standard shipping takes three to four business days, and economy shipping takes five to eight business days.
How do I make a return?
You may return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items MUST be returned in their original condition - unworn and unused.
